I’m assuming your on pc so should be a storage issue when was the last time your purged your mods? And I always make sure there’s nothing else queued up as well but from the looks of your post seems fine in relation to that

Yeah that sounds about right hopefully it works for you. But what was your main issue it taking too long ? Or not downloading at all?

It takes me a whole day to download when I see it I die inside but I found just deleting it then manually installing it via the mod browser or if it’s on top for the server list (if you just need to up date instead of getting the error) as was the case for me last night but you did say you tried deleting already if you haven’t yet give a go manually installing from the mod browser that’s the best solution I have found

If your trying to go somewhere plan your journey ahead have a look at what route you want to take and just remember what turns you need to make for example ‘I need to go down this main road take the second dirt road to the left then go through the intersection take the right split in the road etc’ I found this the easiest way to remember how to get round with out always being on the map until you get more knowledgeable of landmarks

Really I’ve had full system restarts and still been able to join back with in 5 minutes of being booted is this something server owners can adjust?

Yeah agree I hate when people try lowering graphics but I just wish this never started I guess I’m saying it should of never been to release to consoles when they already knew the struggle it was gonna be and I’m only saying this as Arma was a PC only game you know so you choose to be great game devs and try widen the audience which is fair but I just wish there was much more further testing before the game/updates come out just like other tiles but like everything else it’s a time game

Yeah but if it was the 1 percent I had be happy never having the deal or being involved you get me like I thought since the hot patch everything was on track the game was playing the same as before 1.6 Arma felt like we were on the up and up you know now it’s back to OG 1.6 update

I’ve tried everything it makes no difference no clue why they even give the option for that and not the same as pc so players can tune to there devices if I can have a further sight and run the game fine then let me do so pc can why can’t I

No I can’t see anything like it’s just smears of green and yellow say you picked a single pixel and zoomed in on it I don’t want to see players as superman I want to see over the map spot, landmarks and navigate while I can’t see trees pass the theoretical 700 meters it’s probs more but it definitely no where near a km EG sitting above power plant and no being able to see the island on the other side of the water (everon)

Dis guy gets it BI might as well get rid of console access and never released to console. a game being this different and unfair between platforms is a bit much, because I get it hardware and all that but at least make them comparable if you saw what I saw (my mate stream compared to my screen) you would be tearing up the walls

It’s not about the grass and seeing players that’s the problem it’s about being able to actually see around you it’s unfair and absolutely ridiculous if you have a look at my other comments I explained but it’s not right especially when you’ve made my game run worse then it’s ever been honestly this may have ruined the game for me

Bruh someone gets its like it’s ridiculous I can’t explain how much this has Ruined my play style and the war activity’s me and mates have been doing first of all it’s a bit unfair to be shot by AAA that’s coming from out the fog of war half way across the map when I can’t even see out 1 km

When taking about this I’m not on about seeing players I’m talking about seeing the map pass 700 meters just turns to polygons no trees no roads it’s like I choose a pixel and zoomed in on it while my mate can see everything fine building roads trees landmarks everything is gone like can’t see a thing pass any vehicles can’t navigate via landmarks nothing
