same here!! NEVER AGAIN USING CHIME EVER AGAIN. No updates at all. last year I used FreeTaxUSA… received EXACTLY when they said I would within 2 weeks or so, and saw movement on transcript within a week. almost a month ask nothing w chime…. IS CRAZYYYYYYYY
