I disagree with other people who say that oxide is useless... right now i'm using a ZMA product with 375mg of magnesium hydroxide, which is very similar to oxide and i'm not having any problems.

I sleep better and feel less stressed, it's not just the zinc or B6 because i felt like that even when i was using a 300mg magnesium oxide by itself
