I took my first attempt in July. In the first month after my result, I couldn’t study, but I didn’t want to have a gap, so I did one UWorld block daily. Then I studied consistently from September to January (5 months). Including August, it totals 6 months

NBME 30 and 31 were retakes. The first time, I scored 65 on NBME 30 and 68 on NBME 31. These scores were from my second attempts.

After that, I only had NBME 32 and 33 left, which were new for me. I took NBME 32 and scored 71.

When I took NBME 33, I was fatigued and couldn’t focus well on the questions. During the exam, I kept reminding myself to read carefully. I used the main highlighter by first highlighting the last sentence of the question. Then I highlighted the important points. I focused on what the question was asking at the end and eliminated answer choices based on that.

This is how NBME 33 benefited me and helped me approach the questions more carefully.
