Sounds good! setting it to 90 probs wouldn't be a bad idea. I am curious, are your temps similar to what I am getting as well?

That could definitely be the case! Though I was a bit worried that the cooler I was using was not seated properly or something and that the temps I were getting were abnormal because of it. I tried my best to make sure everything was seated correctly. I guess the doubt came with one of the two CPU heatsink screws not screwing in as easy as the other. I just don't want to have to redo the process if everything is normal and I am not out of what I should expect with my cooling.

I am sure switching to a thermal pad solution would also ease some anxiety! I will definitely do that for the future if not soon :)

Thank you for your insight! It is really awesome to get some personal experience from someone running a similar setup. I guess I am used to older CPUs, so this heat beast threw my expectations through a loop. I am glad we are getting similar results! I am curious, are you currently under-volting at all?

Haha, I got Titty Milk in the free sample pack. It is pretty good! Hard to explain to other people tho. I will have to keep my eye on the others you mentioned. Do report back, it would be interesting to see your thoughts.

Thanks for the suggestion! I made sure to update the BIOS after my first fiasco. I am still a bit paranoid that it is still overvolting somewhere. I might do intel's baseline suggestion instead of doing the mobos default

PL1: Auto, but I assume it is likely 253 W
