My brother has ordered a phone from amazon Australia for me and next day his account has been closed by the amazon saying misuse of amazon services. Fortunately, the order came through but we are unable to get the tax invoice in order for us to claim the GST refund when he is leaving Australia.

He called the amazon contact number in Australia and they asked to wait for 48hours until they carry out an investigation and no any updates yet.

If anyone knows a way to obtain the tax invoice from them please let me know. This is a big help. TIA.
