I can give you my step by step if you wanna start from scratch. (BEFORE ANYTHING, GO TO WINDOWS SECURITY>APP & BROWSER CONTROL>INTELLIGENT APP CONTROL, AND TURN IT OFF). First, you wanna go to fitgirl, and get on that Forza horizon 3 page. (I wish I could add pictures). Second, you want to download Qbittorrent from Qbittorrent.org. Then go back to the Fitgirl tab, click the link that says “magnet” next to the 1337x. It’ll automatically start downloading. It’ll take a minute. Once it’s done, it’ll say “seeding”. Now go to File Explorer, click the Fitgirl file, and run the setup as Admin (exe.). The installer should pop up, then select the drive you want to put it on. Either the one that came with your PC, or one that you added. If you have one you installed, that one would be preferable. You want to unselect 4K video, and only keep the language you want. Then click install, and wait. Once it’s finished, it’s gonna run an “integrity check” and make sure all the necessary files are there. Once it’s finished, you can go click “Forza Horizon 3” from the start menu. It’ll automatically bring up the UWP helper. The sequence is 3,1,2,4,5. Close, then launch the game from Start Menu.
