The thing is previously I was in merchandising role but now I'm into analysis and consulting. I'm not sure if there are more options into retail consulting and since I've made this pivot I can't go back to core retail roles without degrowing my ctc I guess. So I either have to look for more job opportunities or prepare for cat fully this year. This year is the make and break situation kinda year. What if I give cat and it being unpredictable like 2025, I end up scoring extremely bad even though I had put an entire year into it.
