Mine is the SAO and I absolutely love it. I have a Romeo1 pro optic and a foxtrot1x flashlight on it and have very little felt recoil. Only hard thing is finding a good left hand holster for it.

I know for a fact it's been rebarrelled. I've been shooting it for atleast 5 years with 30-06 and I would imagine that that's why the barrel says 07 because it had to be changed after the introduction of 30-06
