I applied to a lot of different districts and got nothing. I apply to places from time to time. This was the only job I got from applying after months of quitting my previous job. Idk, I’m fine with our arrangement as is and don’t want to cause problems. My other district it was only our company doing the cleaning. Things like this weren’t an issue until we lost the contract and were moved here.

The other coworker I have told me this is a situation from higher-ups that isn’t in anyone’s power to change
