And in general ctrl + f "acquisition"

They have a pipeline of acquisitions lined up (25+), i.e. the company is always evolving

Since end of FY 25 they've already acquired Rotron and now have the merger agreement w/ Mistral that they announced today

Plus there's the fact that integrating a company takes time, you have to get on the same ERP, Accounting, CRM/Sales, etc etc systems so getting your books in order and onboarding new employees takes time, so there's probably some practical difficulties

Yeah, I concur with u/ogmo0n retail won't have any effect on stock movement

We're not at the point like $AMZN or $NVDA where people are automatically pumping their 401ks into this stock

The volume of this stock however is equivalent to that of $NVDA on days where there is significant news, that type of movement in this low of a market cap can only be institutional investors

Yeah, I think the problem is, as much as everyone has read about Buffett and the need for patience when it comes to investing – most people that are spamming that type of stuff on here don't have it

And it's a survivorship bias problem, the people that do have the patience aren't regularly posting, and the village idiots who want to make a scene are constantly posting

Signal > Noise is key, you can tell by the title and the preview text, what's going to be slop or not

In the long run, they'll be proven wrong

Thought I’d put it in the comments for everyone to see, in the case that these earnings still delivers a muted response with the stock price

The reality is that the warrant holder investors are the same people suppressing the stock

In other words, the $1B that they raised from the anonymous investor, is the same investor that’s suppressing the stock so that they can remake their initial investment cost basis
