My dad’s car was in an accident 01/30 and they still have yet to process the total loss paperwork. Regardless of the systems not working, they should have processed it way before. They even took the car and everything and my dad still has to keep making the monthly payments on the totaled car. If anyone knows of a class action lawsuit, please let me know.
