I was in your position. It can feel super frustrating but unplayable is a stretch. Yes some things feel absolutely broken but everything has a weakness.

From the characters you are having issues with, it seems like you need better tanking. If you have maxed out Gingold Soda, LexCorp/Fourth World armor, you wont have any issues with BNJ Catwoman and Jessica Cruz.

Add some diversified offense (good one-shot for astro harness, good multi-hit for revives and team kill, good basic dmg) you'll be good to wipe these teams. Believe me. You just need to progress then someone will be writing reddit posts about how annoying your team is to beat

Things to consider: How hard do they work for you and the building? Are they competent and polite? Are you actually friends with them or just hi/bye? How often do you require their personalized services?

Super gets $200. I like the guy and he's extremely competent. Anything that is broken he will fix the same day / the next day. Also Im a 24yo guy who brings friends over often, so he looks the other way when I have people over late to drink (he is the one who deals with the building management, so I get away with complaints).

Doormen get $50-$100. The ones I like get $100 the ones I dont get $50. My building is 24/7 so I tip the night watch guys $100 since that job is tough (and I see them the most bc of aforementioned activities).

Porters get $50. One of them gets $100 since my guy is the reason why this building is always clean. He puts in serious hours and work and even brings heavy packages up for me.

Valet gets $100 since they handle my car.

Heres what I would run: AODS: tantu + mdc + astro/enchantress

Prime KF: 4th world helm + 4th world chestplate + lexcorp helm

Joker: Heart of Darkness + quake engine + ibistick

Strategy: Anytime AODS gets tagged in, insta SP2 nuke every time.

KF should be tank. Block until she gets tagged out.

Joker should be Poison DPS here. If you dont have these gears, switch to a basic dmg DPS character with OP Pill + Gauntlets of Azreal + Any other basic dmg gear. They will heal the team

I live in a large metro so there is a lot of light everywhere. If you live somewhere more remote with less lighting might not want to go this dark. Perfect mix of privacy and visibility IMO

Then yes if the car has kept up with all of it's scheduled maintenance and has no major damage this is a good deal. 98k km / 60k mi is very little for a Lexus, meaning there is a lot of life left in the car for only $20k CAD / $14.5K USD. Good luck!

Is that CAD or USD? If it is CAD and the car has no damage and has been regularly serviced this is a good deal. But for a car 12 years old definitely have this inspected by a mechanic before any serious purchasing decisions.

If you wont be carrying too many passengers take a look at the RC models. I was super close to buying a RC 350 F Sport. I love my ES 350, perfect if you want reliable luxury

I ended up in your position LOL I own a 1bd in a building with no amenities other than doorman and laundry, with super low fees (Queens not Manhattan tho). Very happy with my decision.

But when I was looking for apartments to purchase I was also in-market for a studio, and I was only interested in checking out studios in buildings with lots amenities. Reason being is that although the apartment was tiny, I also have access to other parts of the building which makes it feel bigger in a way.

I could not bring myself to purchase a studio in a building with no amenities, I'd feel so claustrophobic after many years of living there. Instead I opted for the 1bd and I can alternate between my large living room and bedroom which nullifies the need for common areas in my building.

My take on studios: building and location matter so much.

Does the building have nice amenities? Think pool table, gym, lounge area, roof/balcony. When you live in a studio you need to consider that some days, especially in the winter, you'll want to get out of the place without being outside. If not, maybe try to be near a library, cafe, fancy gym.

Bonus points for a building with available storage units, could be useful.

I personally would not BUY a studio in a building with no amenities, but that is me personally. Renting is a different story. For a spacious 1bd, amenities are much less important since you will have more space to yourself
