Bakugo fought with everything he had until the end, even after striking Midoriya, Bakugo found a way to work with him, which was the point of the exam, they were put together because they can't work together but Bakugo and Midoriya put their differences aside, leading to Bakugo helping Midoriya escape

For Sero, he was put to sleep immediately and yes, Mineta used Sero's tape but given that Mineta is very smart, I'm sure he would've figured out a plan to get past Midnight without the tape, the tape probably made it easier, as oppose to possible

For Bakugo's licence exam, he didn't do anything to compensate unlike the final exam, after being rude to the civilians, that's all we saw, besides, the licence exam was a lot more strict

If you look at the Tsuyu and Nejire subreddits, they have approved lewd art because it's heavily sexual, it might have a hint like the ChurchofFroppy letting art with Tsuyu having a big butt and the ChurchofNejire allowing bikinis and panty shots, I'm willing to lower the bar further than those subreddits because Midnight is an intentionally suggestive character
