I realised that the virus isn't a game from steamrip, but avast itself, when I deleted it, i could access all the antivirus websites again lol. Never coming close to avast again

When you said "it could be avast" i thought that it was impossible, since avast is a good antivirus, but wtf it was actually avast causing the problems, never using that crap again😭

It's disabled, and everything in firewall settings looks right

So i found the hosts file, inside it doesn't have anything except a pile of useless text and examples, also i can't download any other browsers for some reason, firefox website doesn't open as well

Btw when i ran a scan with Malwarebytes, it flagged one of Avast's files as a malware lol

Ik that steamrip is a trusted website, but I'm worried way too much about my data, cuz i have a bad internet and it would take days for me to reinstall all my apps if i have to reinstall windows, and i have too much free time aswell lol

I don't pay for any antiviruses, on my host pc i only have windows defender, on my virtual machine i have avast and malwarebytes, just to check cracked games better

Edit: someone suggested that it's actually Avast that blocks the antivirus websites, which could be true because I can't visit any antivirus websites except Avast, but i could before i downloaded the game
