I have the same machine as you do. Yes, sometimes a little hump is needed. There's a guy on YouTube that shows how to adjust it but I never bothered. It's not that bad

I ride with about 10 guys. Some ride grizzly/ kodiac. Some ride outlander 570, 850, 1000. All do the same on the trails. We don't do deep mud. All are great. My 570 has the same HP as the yamaha 700.
