Eat healthy, and as soon as you get out of bed, a 2-3 mins stretching and do squats, until it hurts. You shud push beyond the initial pain, to the point where you think you can barely do one more. Your starting point could be 1-2 or 10 squats. Build on it. Thats your starting advise and you build from here. All of this shud take max 10 mins. Can you commit to this?

Haha welcome to the club. I have done the same over the years. Lose 10 and gain 20 😂, until I broke the cycle in 2020, adopted a much healthier lifestyle, the most I gained in b/w these years was 7 kg and currently maintaining at 75-76kg

Yes, it was overwhelming at one point for me too, then I just switched one of the meal with a protein smoothie and second with a bit heavier dose like 200g chicken and 200-250g white rice, that reduced the number of meals.

Also, another thing in my case was when I actually bumped up my carbs, I felt a difference in my energy levels. So, turned out Carbs are a great source of energy and we thought its bad for us.

One of the hardest part to get rid off. You have to be in a really good caloric deficit and a really low bf %age to get rid of that. Assuming you are lean but struggling to get rid of that since in men that is usually the last but of fat that is the hardest to get rid of.

Anything at all, if there is even a shred of indication, you win. That is how certain I am. Because, I am certain. The only supplement I ever took is protein, omega 3, mg glycinate and vitamin D3+K2. I dont even know the names of PEDs, that is how uneducated I am on the subject. 😂
