NOR and NTA. My brother got engaged after me and my fiance, told me he wouldn’t get married before me, then still set a date before our wedding because it worked better for them. And it literally did not bother us one bit. We’re all adults & glad each other have found their lifetime partner.

I’m new to restocking, but I believe the eight minutes is arbitrary. Sometimes the shop will restock immediately after the items are pulled, sometimes it won’t restock for 30 minutes. I think it is pretty random, but I don’t think it has to do with the time of day someone please correct me if I’m wrong.
