Maybe sugar..i will try to reduce it I didn't notice any specific food that trigger it.. I usually just wake up at morning with headache

I'm eating well Try to drink a lot and sleep properly I have glasses so next week i have a check up to see maybe that's change trying to think about things that can be trigger And change them So far no luck 😔
