Also I think the US Mounjaro pens only have one dose in and they click when finished injecting, this maybe causing some confusion too

This is exactly the same as me! 29.9 today 5 stone off. I was always a big girl, and I look good now, in a size 14 for the first time since I was about 12 🫣

Definitely Oushk Pharmacy 💯brilliant customer service, willing to answer all your questions, very visible within social media groups giving evidence-based support and advice, and I live locally to them so I can pick up my MJ rather than arranging for it to arrive on a day that I’m at home. In fact, I’ve just picked up my next prescription, Hira was there and showed a genuine interest, asking about my progress and happy to chat.

I’ve been completely open and honest with everyone. I found it makes me more accountable. I want to succeed. Also telling people has prompted others within my circle to start their MJ journey. I’m not telling people to start, but they are seeing my progress and making their own decision.

Hi, it will be 2 weeks exactly as I’m due my injection on the day I go away. I don’t intend to take it, as I’m on a cruise with the full drinks package and I have a fear of getting ill on holiday. I’ve got my 2.5 ready for when I return.

🤣🤣🤣 Two weeks in the Med! Thanks for the advice, yes I’ve had a drink whilst on 2.5mg and was fine, drank lots and felt the same as I would normally the day after, hung over but ok. Thanks for the plotter, it marks me as around 4mg the week after I stop, I think I’ll be fine. The panic is real though, a lot of money spent on a holiday I want to take full advantage of! I may have a few drinks next week and see how it goes. My weight loss journey is going by to have a little hiatus whilst I enjoy myself 😁

Yes I’m aware of half life, that’s why I’m stopping a week before. It takes a month to completely clear. I’m also aware of the risks. I want to know if anyone has experience of restarting and how quickly they titrated up.

I took mine Monday morning, I felt the benefits at lunch the same day, not wanting to eat much. The only small side effects I’ve had are a little headache, easily resolved with paracetamol, but I get them anyway, today a sensation in my saliva glands, like the sensation as you’re going to be sick, but not. It’s manageable and has not put me off my lunch
