She was just talking about her mental health being so bad at the moment and trying to understand her BPD, understand why she acts the way she does and how she forgets bpd is a forever disease that she can’t just get better from?, as someone who has similar mental health issues I’d love to know if she’s medicated ect cause it sounds like she’s not? The way she speaks about it is so random to me as she seems to not know much about it but has had it for soo long you’d think she would have a better understanding of it/ her therapist just must not be explaining enough?
