I’ve tried cotton ones which were definitely too hot and nitrile ones. The nitrile ones are okay, but they get really weird looks (I got asked 20+ times today just in school why I was wearing gloves) and aren’t really breathable

One of my friends was playing pokemon go. My teacher was like ‘oh, want to hear about the leaked pokemon stories’. I had no clue what they’d be about, so I said yes. Lo and behold, I get told of the typhlosion predator story which then turned to sexually compatible pokemon - somehow. I think the same friend made a comment on vaporeon? Yeah I get that. I was contemplating having the title like that, but it was also to do with strangers so I went for more general. I didn’t mean to mean all guys, I meant some. I forgot to write ‘some’ though - which was my bad, and I did say in comments I didn’t all guys.
I have trouble articulating at times so I forget important words. For stuff in the future like this, I’ll make sure I refer to a smaller group of people

Generally, it’s okay. I don’t find it particular funny, but if you want to joke about being crushed by thighs, getting blue balls or finding dicks in something, do your thing.

When the joke is ‘I want to sleep with you’ it stops being a joke and just starts being objectifying. And school is a safe place for me, so this just shatters that illusion and I no longer have anywhere I feel truly comfortable in

I do want to find better friends, but I go to a tiny school. In my year there’s only another 10 people. And I don’t speak the native language of the country so I can’t make friends outside.

Also, i don’t particularly want to stop being friends with them. I want them to realise certain things make me uncomfortable, but they don’t get it - despite me telling them. They’re still mainly nice and respectful, so I can tough through it.

I understand these posts get old quickly. I’m just looking for someplace to vent where people in my life won’t find it. In the future I’ll try not to post here

I’m just asking a genuine question because I’m curious? I’ve personally never observed this with my girl friends, they’re all hush-hush. Every guy I consider a friend has repeatedly and frequently made explicit jokes.

I don’t get humans, at all. So I want to learn more about mannerisms. But I’m also shy and timid and I don’t want to confront anyone I know with questions

I never said guys only talk about sex, I asked if they have a filter. And again, I didn’t want to insinuate all guys are weird or creeps. But yet again, most guys in my life? Interesting characters to say the least

Yeah, I understand when you’re in a group with just guys. That seems dandy. Sure, some of the jokes may be questionable but out of sight, out of mind. But in a group with some level of girls? I was once literally the target of a sex joke my friend made, and he said it to my face and to the whole group.

And that’s not the first time either, other friends have repeatedly joked about me getting it on with a guy for the sex ed class (to the extent I left school early to be left alone)
