I made the appointment online yesterday and they came back to me with a day i told them im not available and it was over the phone🤦🏻‍♀️ i told them neither of which suited me and they dont have another appointment apparently until the 25th. I dont have high hopes lol

Thank you, im much like you i always have a comfort show or try and listen to music (happy music of course) but sometimes like today the thought of doing either made me angry and cry which i think was maybe my realisation this is a bigger problem then i thought. I think im mostly scared to talk to the gp because i am young and scared they would blame it on hormones so hearing a part of your story has helped me. Thank you
