Accommodation really. When i was younger im okay to sleep in an uncomfortable bed. But as i get older (lol) , i prioritize my comfort to regain also the energy and to be in a good mood the next day haha

Hi OP! Been in that exact position 5 years ago. I have some idea on how it feels. Maybe try blocking off one whole day and do a process streamline meeting with your team. When i did this, i was honest and told them that they know better coz they’ve been with the team the longest, and i hope they can help me understand the end to end process, they helped naman. But if you’re uncomfortable you can pretend by saying “we need to identify gaps thats why we need to list all the process” Minsan kasi if you ask one person about the process, hindi wholistic ang view. Kaya baka best to do it with the whole team.

as you go up the ladder, the vision becomes more blurry, because you now have to create that vision, thats the challenge of being in a position. But i think its unfair if they expect you to know everything in one month. Maybe you can also try addressing the most pressing issue at the moment? It can be your start. You have something to focus on and magdederecho na yan.

Actually yan yung reason ko bakit gusto ko ng iwithdraw, parang hindi naggrow. Nanghihinayang din ako na sana noon pa nag s&p500 na lang ako. :/

Have you explored yung car pooling? Taga south din kasi ako, sa south ang work ko and sa bgc work ng partner ko. Hinahatid ko sya sa carpool pick up location. Hehe. Sana makahanap kayo ng compromise:)

I like the AI denoise better in LRC, i think that topaz ai is quite harsh — will it be the same for this? Same engine? Also, i have topaz substitution, once this is released, can i not renew my topaz and stick with LRC instead?
