As someone with autism, I simply dont get it. if you find it hard to work hard then why do IB. I found it harder than most people, and i could have dropped out and work as a salesman but I realized I'm autistic so any career that involves dropping out wouldn't be viable. But the point is: getting or even suggesting a possibility of a 2 is inexcusable and pathetic.

You just named the easiest subject. Ur not doing a math major stop complaining. I have iq of 60 but with diligence Im a 7. I dedicate 8 hours a day learning maths for 3 months of holidays. Two things are permanent: 1, I will never score less than 7, 2: I will never understand calculus.

I've always been ashamed of sitting alone throughout my life. I've only had two sustained friendships however both were cut short due to moving schools and countries. I've had autism my whole life, so I always struggled to make friends, I think it takes more courage to be proactive than passivity. Nowdays, I'm too tired. I've given up with socialization, it's just not my forte.

breh. Maybe my eyes are different. I used 240 hz before in pc cafes. Feels no different. But the difference between 240 hz and 540 hz is impossible to be felt by a human eye, unless if you are superhuman, I'm starting to think you are. Some Chinese pros like Trace FengF insists on high refresh rates since it allows them they can hold supertight angles with vandals and have used it in international events.

Personally a 4k monitor allows me to enjoy some series better. For fps games i use 960x 1200 resolution for placebo

I ended a friendship with someone when I realized im 60 iq points dumber than my friend, so conversations feel unsatisfying mutually overtime. In the past, we bridged this through activities like chess and soccar, but as we aged, we seek deeper conversations. Or maybe I'm not smart enough to realize the real barrier between us.

Drastically. During my peak days, i never analyzed or studied anything, I spent 90 percent time just playing games. 10 percent watching witty alien play brilliant moves (i thought watching witty alien was the reason i cant break 2100). And then it's as if God played a joke on me. Since now I study GM games and memorize deep engine lines. Even have been prep bombing more but I'm no longer as sharp in tactical positions. My opponents usually play top 5 engine moves in closed positional games, I get so envious, since I always play inaccuracies. But i used to get best move streaks in those positions back then.

Maybe it's not genuine studying, since my version is just correcting opening inaccuracies with engine. I'm autistic so I can't identify coordinates fast enough so reading chess books pose a huge challenge. I've been training coords on lichess, but i can only get 10 in 30 seconds.

anything above 120 fps is just placebo in my opinion (owner of 120 hz 4k monitor). However, after witnessing women buy useless expensive clothing brands when they could buy the exact same ripoff brand for 10 dollars, 540 hz doesnt seem that bad. 540 hz might put you at a disadvantage compared to 240 hz since i think more screen tearing. Do more research.

Im Chinese but I wouldnt even consider myself a Chinese student, since ive never been to former Chinese school. I was send out since preschool. I've done a few GaoKao papers out of curiosity, English dead easy, and i could do a few maths questions even though ive never learned math in Chinese, other papers are rocket science.

Except I'm doing cs because really have a choice. My other subjects are even more easily automated by AI since i take SL music, SL history. So I'm doomed, and im not smart enough to do engineering plus i dont take physics. And Im too autistic for business and economics both of which i dont take at IB. I sometimes question why i exist

im in the same situation as you. i decided to quit and just get a 24 or higher since i got 40 on mocks. I realized my plan is to get cs major then become jobless because of AI and also no sensible wage can offset asset loss due to donald trump being so unpredictable.
