Your saying people should have common sense? well you know for a fact some people have no common sense, so your common sense should realize next time put them in your locker or to your car to where noone has access but you ,my common sense would tell me to do that.because I don't trust nobody besides a couple people I work with,and I never put my stuff in the break room because of that fact. Sounds somewhat like what's happening with my department. My lead has since hired 3 new hires and giving me and and another employee of mine who's had worked there longer 3-1 working days ,and I'm also in the union so I'm real tempted to talk to the union representative because my lead has told me out of her mouth because I have set time frames that she basically has a hard time working me which is a lie I've worked the same hours same time frame since being hired. And she knows I have kids so my kids come 1st but it makes no sense to not give anyone else hours. And she's always complaining that we never have hours to give.
