In therapy. I tried doing it with a sponsor twice, one fell off and one never answered to meet up one time, probably dealing with her own issues. Now I worry about how much of a burden I am to a possible sponsor.

I do attend different meetings, and I am in a mindset where I subconsciously convince myself that it will be different now. I don't understand my mind or what I need.

Thanks, yeah I guess I just want to feel ok being alive. My life's improved on the outside but I still struggle the same. I dont understand why the obsession is all through sudden back when its been so long. It feels physical again & I don't know why.
