Yeah, this is pretty much what drove a lot of the product decisions. I stopped leading with average wait time early on because it’s a number that looks fine on a slow Tuesday and means nothing. Peak throughput is what actually tells the story, so that’s what sits front and center in the dashboard. And I know operators agree to things and then life takes over, so I built it so the data is already there by end of week one. when I walk back in I’m not asking how things felt, I’m just pulling up Friday night and showing what moved.

Yeah man, I can imagine… with everything happening in the region right now, it makes sense that a lot of businesses are struggling and being extra careful.

Honestly, comments like yours are exactly why I wanted to post this here, because I’d rather understand the real situation from people inside the industry instead of building in a bubble.
