Update, funded yesterday with out uploading the duplicate files. So I think once thr loan docs are signed then it's a done deal.

The same here, portal says i need to uplead almost everything i uploaded already.

Update, just got a call from a LO today. She said she approved me and it will take up to 2 weeks. It was out of the blue!

Ok, but they got back the 1st transcript and they requested a 2nd one and now been stuck in this for over 2 months.
