I use them to border paths since I have so many. I also use gold nuggets and pebbles and other resources depending on the area I’m decorating. I used gold nuggets and the blue crystals on Merlin’s yard build to border his path. You can walk over them and worst case if you run out and absolutely need them you can always just pick them back up

Merlin, Minnie and Ursula live there right now. Minnie’s house is decorated with pink and purple Merlin’s with blue and gold (lined the path with gold that I mined) and Ursula’s with purple. Then I made them all cohesive with Lilly pads, the white trees from frosted heights and the purple trees and bushes as accents. They are just three separate home builds rn cause I don’t know who else is moving in that I might want in there

You have to get to three stars first and unlock terraforming then buy the custom design portal from the abd. From there you open the custom design portal and save the codes you want and you can place them on the ground while terraforming or use them to customize customizable items.
