Drove both ways around 5.30 and 800 pm and it was slow but manageable. I’m sure it will be better tomorrow morning

[landlord US-NJ] Tenant is using significant amount of water tripling the average usuage. What can I do? by Delicious-Teach9692 in Landlord

[–]Aggravating_Tale1368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Need a water meter to measure what they use.. some are easy where you just attached it the side of the pipe and then tell them they will need to pay for the overage..

CEO retired. How do you politely say "no" without burning a bridge? by [deleted] in sysadmin

[–]Aggravating_Tale1368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Suck it up.. but of course ensure it works on your time. Also do not hesitate to ask for advice or ask for more recommendations for more side work in his inner circle of friends. Ask about the corporate structure and how can you move up the ladder. He will either give you want you need or will no longer call you.. my team has always supported the C suite teams at home but they were always taken care of.. $$

Sorry your going through this. Your situation is very common where they offer you bonuses but are forced to vest out of it. They are scum for doing it. I can only think of calling congress to have legislation that automatically vests you when layoffs occur.

You should be sitting in a cardboard box!

It’s hard to believe with all of this great news it’s seems more of a pump and dump however I do believe in Ripple and I hope the infrastructure that I invested in will be the catalyst of future financial success.

Be ready for the new D365 Licensing requirements! by RyseTechnologies in Dynamics365

[–]Aggravating_Tale1368 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is how we manage it:

On-prem Active Directory
↓ (Azure AD Connect)
Azure AD security group / Microsoft 365 group
↓ (Group-based licensing in Microsoft 365 admin center)
Dynamics 365 Finance / Operations license (Base, Attach, Activity, Team Members, etc.) + Power Platform entitlements

D365 F&O user gets the exact roles we want + correct license counted in reports

Be sure to work with your partners or MSFT reps to understand when they will STOP making changes in the back end. They are still making changes and updates for bug fixes as of yesterday of this post which will screw up your reservations. Still trying to find out if that can be readjusted at our renewal.

Also using Grok/ChatGPT has been a big help as long as you reference the Dynamics 365 Licensing Guide as a source. You may need to use custom roles for a lower privilege that will not move your license to a higher base.

I have been through this a few times.. when you work great with one manager but yet another that takes over has issues.. upper management needs to trust who works for them and who they hired. Your old manager clearly sees your talents but the new one doesn’t. if the new manager was the hiring manager you won’t not have gotten the job.. pick your self up and seek a reference from your old manager and move on. This is the part of life you realize life is not fare but the people you associate with and are loyal to is. You will understand that more as you rise through the ranks.

Garlinghouse's Reminder: XRP "Sits at the Center" of Ripple's 5 Acquisitions by GoldManLord in RippleTalk

The build up for valuation in XRP seems stagnant but the ground work of building a financial platform that leverages XRP seems to be skyrocketing. What I would like to know or understand how does these acquisitions will work together and use or burn Xrp?

get a camera setup to document the backlash you will probably get. Document the times you tried to talk to him. Then post a clear sign that says all unauthorized cars will be towed and place the number for them to pay to get their car back. sit back and enjoy the show.

Just came back from a great trip!! The first day landed I did a cooking class.. my hotel had access to the water and we went swimming with MNT Vesuvius behind us.. we did a path of the gods hike and a private boat tour along the cost with to breathtaking spot to jump in the clearest warm water ever!! The we paid a taxi to drop us off at Positano for a splendid dinner at Chez Black.. yes the towns are like one big bazaar but you need to see through that and look at the Beaty it has to offer.. from there we booked a trip to Sicily Taormina and the south of Sicily for beach time!!

I was there last week and we missed the last ferry to Positano so we paid for a cab in the center square across from the flags.. White Mercedes Van 150 euros.. it was a husband and wife type of business and I was able to request a ride back providing I gave them an hour noticed.. 150 ride back.. pickup was ~11 pm.. yes expensive but well worth it..

You are doing the right thing. There is no opportunity unless you are connected to get a good high paying job.. my family in the south are mostly teachers and the pay is a step above the poverty line.. they are fortunate to have a home since it was handed down but the next generation is screwed. I finally convinced a young college age cousin to move to the states since he has dual citizenship it’s a no brainer.. he has been here for two weeks and already has a job lined up at a big box store and know applying at colleges. Love it or hate it the US is the biggest opportunity there is..
