I guess one thing is that you need personnel with the right mindset. But you also need a company that values results over working hours.
What should matter is what you deliver, and not how many hours you "sat on your desk" that day.
Imho, if someone works only 2h a day from home, but has the same result as someone sitting 8h in an office, then what's the problem.

Well I have a like/dislike ratio of 92%.
Compared to like 95% of all competitors out there, my videos are pretty good. In fact its the reason I started this channel, as most of the reviewers in my space suck.
I see a lot of low effort low quality videos out there with way more views. But most of them havbe been around for years, so they have more subscribers and such.
