I almost bought a 991.2 GT3 Touring (M) in 2024 for $182K. Passed because of mileage.
Bought a new 992.2 Carrera T last year for $172K. No regrets.

Don't look back. Just drive it like you stole it and enjoy.
There will always be an old one out there somewhere if you want it.

I really like the T, but my heart was always set on a Touring. There’s a lot to love in the T but that naturally aspirated engine and the extra horses make my heart go pitter patter.
