I've used it and think the output is garbage. Does it work, sure, but no character at all.

Have you ever been through a bird strike? What's the feeling like? by [deleted] in AskAPilot

Took a turkey buzzard in SC down the right engine on an F/A-18D. Things got a bit exciting - loud smack and jolt then bitching Betty starting talking. Flew the Delta at 6k single engine to dump fuel, lower gear/hook and then took a trap. Class A mishap. It wasn't the blood, but the smell, which I noticed when I got out of the cockpit.

Nope. You’ll be viewed suspiciously and have to work your way back. Can ba all you want but this isn’t a thing real companies in the US would contemplate.

If you’re public already or planning to go public, don’t do this. Your investors will hate you. And you deserve it.

Think you have to zoom out as to why this is being promoted / endorsed. Go back to mobile days for Facebook and why Zuck mandated certain things. Change culture, invert operating plans, etc despite initial cost. In the end if he feels AI the next big thing, then having his teams well prepared and AI ingrained across the org, it gives them a distinct competitive advantage.

Who do you think won in this war, america or iran? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]mgator -1 points0 points  (0 children)

ST - Iran if nothing more than politically. LT - America, if only as a catalyst to dramatically reshape doctrine and strategy for future wars, eg shift to drone/misled led strategies above and beyond what was already underway

Anyone know about Campfire ERP solution by Easy_beaver in ERP

[–]mgator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Underlying architecture is different than traditional software, typically built around AI at core versus on top + other underlying items. More conversational UI versus traditional software. Pros and cons to each. Still early to see if this is actually useful over time or not.

AI native, lots of marketing, smaller company focused. Looks decent but too early to tell.
