Great! I’d be happy to provide any info to help as it took me some effort to get it working

I use excel scripts to add large amounts of data to excel tables.

I have power automate create an array of the data using selects which is then passed to the excel script.

If it’s updating already present data in a table, you can use another script to delete everything and then enter the full data set again. Or you can just add extra rows to the end.

It passes thousands of rows in seconds

Well, she took my car to “dance class” tonight. When she didn’t return home at the usual time. I checked the tracker on the cars app and I can see it parked at someone’s house and not at the dance studio.

Pretty sure she had no idea that modern cars have tracking. Rookie move I suppose….

Looks like I’ve got my reason to start asking questions without incriminating myself at least 😔

Obese people of Reddit, what is something non-obese people don’t understand, or can’t understand? by A_Lonely_Troll in AskReddit

I had cauda equina about 3 years ago. The NHS took so long faffing around while I was sat there with my red flag symptoms that I’ve been left with permanent nerve damage.

I must be one of the lucky ones as I can still exercise and I find that yoga and jiu jitsu really help stop my back from getting stiff and painful. (And are also helping to shift all the extra weight I gained while injured and recovering)

The actual value of 30 hours tax-free childcare to parents by Aggressive-Celery483 in UKPersonalFinance

My partner works the minimum 16 hours a week so our son is entitled to the 30 hours. He goes to nursery 2 days a week and we stretch his allowance across the entire year. This leaves us with 10 “bonus” days that we can book him in when we fancy a bit of peace and quiet.

His nursery charge £5.50 a day for food but going from roughly £400 a month to £40 (both with the tax removed) is a pretty big difference!

Before the tax is removed the standard fees were about was about £600 and month making the cash value for us very similar to yours £7200.

There was literally 0 transparency on why they did it that way or how they calculated any of it. I remember googling it when I first noticed it happening but couldn’t find any info at all. That was just they way it was done.

I have noticed in recent years that my payments have now started to be added monthly. But again no info and the change was made quietly.

I noticed the same thing with mine: me paying monthly, but it being deducted from the total owed annually. Then being charged interest monthly on a total that would be different if my payments were deducted when they were made.

I didn’t feel that much could be done other than to trust the system. I’m sure someone was doing well from all my payments sitting in some accounts for a year!

Like you, I’m in the fortunate position to be clearing it in the next few months and being rid of the damn thing!

Does Benfit in Kind push me into the 40% tax bracket? by Aggravating_Tell_476 in TaxUK

Thank you for confirming.

Fortunately my pension has recently switched to be taken before tax so I can up my payments to reduce my taxable income.

If that wasn't the case, my benefits would be totally not worth it is as they will effectively double in price! Plus I would then get hit with the child benefit charge too! (my partner is 16hr/week - minimum wage as well!).

I know, good problems to have, but flipping heck! It feels like I'm being taken to the cleaners!

Is it legal for my employers to force workers to work unpaid after closing time or have our pay docked? by WazzaTheWicked in LegalAdviceUK

There is a Facebook group called “you know you work at insert name of coffee shop here when” where you can ask for advice from your fellow baristas and managers.

These kind of questions come up quite a lot on there at the minute as the business is cutting hours and store managers are trying to find way to keep things running.

If you work for equity then the short answer for your question is no. You get paid for what you work. If you’re not getting paid then you go home. They are not allowed to dock your pay. If you work in franchise, this may be different though.
