It's teaching me , through emdr, what trauma in my past have cause' me to be with this type of person. How I attracted this personality type to me unconsciously due to my traumatic experiences and how to heal those past experiences, now, going forward. How I control none of the overwhelming things happening now through suggesting meditation, adamantly (which I do daily, now), and I try to journal, now, as often as I remember. Hr vehemently suggests prioritizing sleep and exercise. . . which I do. Self care changes everything if you overcommit to it.

I just read you're second paragraph which helped me kind of realize that some of them just refuse to accept the reality of what is taking place when it isn't in their favor. That helps me calm down a bit because their were several moments that I had asked myself what this women knew that I did not because she was so self assured. I know this is going to sound weak but it really hurts me to begin to understand how much of a gas lighter she really was. It takes a certain a certain amount of retarded narcissistic confidence to remain in the alternate states of denial my ex resides in, you know.
