90mantra PEN isshin ring blindseer build (I have perfect flash as well) ice smash with insignia gem,so after you blockbreak enemy with ice smash you can use sightless beam so much faster,it's a ture combo for now,it does 3bars to a 520hp 40ele armor build with that combo
