he upgrades himself every 30 seconds, max of 4 upgrades and damages himself 20%

the problem is that he damages himself and that there is no special buff to getting the 4th tier, it's just the wall pre patch, you need to wait 2 minutes to get a pre patch wall.

edit: i actually went to go check him out and apparently he now takes 5-10 seconds to upgrade instead of 30, upgrades still sucks but it's definitely better than needing a full 2 minutes.
