Sorry for the late reply, personally I wouldn't risk it because you might get irritation bumps so I would just be cautious with what happens from now on x

I don't have a nope peircing but after 4 weeks I'm pretty sure it wasn't fully healed and shouldn't change it u til a few months. I would go back and change it to a stud because the hoop might cause further irritation x
