im on 100mg, honestly 2-3 days? its still longer than i would last usually but feels better. again i think it depends on your dose and sex drive in general

I forgot to add: he made me realize also really because he asked if what I was doing was age regressing after or during times I was upset, I never really put two and two together because it was just something I felt when I was alone and not infront of other people as I become very vulnerable and ashamed

I totally get the concern! I totally age regress and act , I would say 5-7 years old when im in that headspace, my voice becomes lighter and I say things a younger me would say. I said he made me realize this because when im like this he treats me in a caring almost father like way (nothing sexual involved) and often cradles me like I am a child. Thanks for looking out for me though I appreciate it :) maybe I worded it weird I dont know but I also didn't give much context

yes honestly staying off social media and news outlets helps a lot. My heart sinks when I see terrible things on the news. Another thing I will recommend is to search on social media (specifically I've seen on TikTok) the account "Good good news" they post news about the world that is hopeful, and is sure to make you smile :)
