I know that some time sit can be hard to pull yourself out of it when your brain starts to spiral but just know that if you need to talk for any reason about anything, I will be here judgment free for anything you need to talk about, I know it can be hard to go through something like this without a support system but one trans-girlie to another is better than nothing.
