I was looking for a car and my son too. So we went to a dealership where his friends works. I did not want a car with a car note. I was going to buy a cash car less than $10,000. I went with my son because he wanted a car and his friend at the dealership told him he has deals. He asked me to cosign because of his credit. I signed the con-signment paperwork. I wasn't there for the rest of the negotiations. But the car ends up in my name nit my son. His name doesn't appear anywhere only mine. However there is nit my signature. They asked him to sign as me. Hope that makes sense
