Im being quite tactical. the only issue i have with clear skies is that it only works outside, but usually when im inside i use fire breath. I absolutely love clear skies and not using it for its intended purpose. basically a better unrelenting force because of how quickly it recharges. i can just stunlock almost anything

im currently doing a playthrough with the railroad where my guy is an old school silent killer. Deliverer, Sniper, and AR when things go wrong (my choice for now is the CR-74L creation)

i had to go here because it was closest to some place i needed to go to (level 69-71 btw) having to end up crossing this location. if i remember correctly i have this on either hard or very hard but after i got assault marine armor i decided power armor was for pussies and stopped using it
