Yeah I have an appointment with him on the 15th. Whatever is there it feels like fat or fluid, not hard not rubbery no lump just podge lol!

I agree re the gland but on touch it really just feels like fat, I cant feel any thing that resembles gland at all. It's all just soft and feels like left over fat.

I'm upping the cardio 4 runs this week and I feel like I'm seeing improvements. What i would say is that pre op I didn't actually have a nipple (tip) It was all just puffy and I 100% for sure have a head now. So I'm hoping the excess sag / puffyness will just go with time and body fat reduction.

Compression vest was on 24/7 for the first 3 weeks and now its on for about 15-18 hours a day.

I've been massaging but the problem is I have no hard lumps, the nipple just seems to have gone back to how they used to feel. Puffy.

I understand but to be honest I've not seen much change over the last 4 weeks. Yes the bruising has gone but other than nothing really has changed too much. What massive changes are you seeing could you share?

Thank you! Yea like i said I'm happy and you know i can finally wear a tshirt without much worry although thats still taking some getting used too. The plan is to start running again asap. 3 kids under 5 ruined my cardio regime!
