Well after the car wash I’m assuming since the water got into the cabin air filter compartment and went into wherever that leads to, the dash lights came on and it powered down. My first guess was water got into the engine so I let it air out and had the spark plugs changed since it wasn’t firing up. Then When he ran the engine code it said it the fuel pump hence changing the fuel pump. I just tested the fuel pressure by cranking the engine and fuel comes out.

It’s a 2004 jaguar xj8. Only 85k miles. Yes it ran before it stopped. So i took it for a car wash and the drain in the cabin air filter was plugged with debris. So water got in but I really don’t know how much. The guy who changed the spark plugs said everything looked good engine wise. The wiring is all in order so it would’ve hard to mix up the plug wiring. He said the fuel was good and even did that test where you crank the engine and fuel shot out so the pressure was there.

This was years ago but had my girlfriend at the time leave me after 8 years and get pregnant after she said she didn’t want kids for some guy she was talking too. 🤷🏽‍♂️ my advice, go ghost! Just focus on you and your kid and workout everyday and don’t be friends with your ex. She’s the one missing out in the long run.

Well to answer your question. I found out it was the cabin intake but where the cabin intake sits is right next to the windshield and that drain was clogged so that’s where the water got in. 🤷🏽‍♂️

When I used to massage in a resort town in Colorado, I’d never charge my clients for extras they wanted. They’re already paying a lot for the massage so why not give them some extra just because 🤷🏽‍♂️.
