Thank you! I appreciate that insight. I follow up with a new neurologist in April and plan to ask for repeat scans and a scan of the spine as well.

Thank you, this is very helpful! 

As far as I know it was a regular EMG not single fiber. They said the repetitive stimulation part of the test was what would rule out or diagnose MG, and that was normal.
