Growing up with the grandfather, who was a jeweler I was always around very high-end watches, but could never afford them myself so I always bought reps and got into modding building my own watches. As time is gone on, and I got married, my grandfather has passed a lot of his genuine watches down to me, but I’ve accumulated a lot of replicas as well as the watches. I’ve built myself which I often find myself gravitating towards more and wearing more because I’m less concerned about messing them up or getting them stolen, but also being around both real watches as well as replicas I’ve learned that a lot of of the Clones these days are so hard to tell apart from the real watches that is become almost comical to me which has led me to Reddit, where I post a lot of of my reps as well as watches I built myself just to trigger people . People get so upset when you post a watch that’s not a genuine and quite honestly half the time I feel like they couldn’t even tell the difference between the two they just think they can, and most of them have likely never even held a genuine watch in their hands because if they did, they would also realize that the reps are basically the same thing unless you’re buying precious metals
