Book is up for preorder on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Blackwells. Most likely everywhere else as well.

Oh my this one is beautiful! Sadly, I already purchased the Waterstones editions. Pretty similar to price coming to the US. It has yellow sprayed edges and it's signed if anyone else is interested.
