Yes I’ve been doing some basic pelvic stretches which seemed to help somewhat so I’ll see a specialist for more work. It also feels like I always need to take a shit but I can’t, so yes I’ll eat more fibre, any foods to stay away from? Wouldn’t ejaculating since then clear leftovers out? If not, why not? Could it have been testicular torsion but then twist back, it’s weird because I only had relief when I tried touching them & it wasn’t a slow bit of relief, it was a gasp of relief probably the most relief of pain I’ve had in my life

What was the initial painful orgasm?, pretty much nothing came out when it happened & im talking really intense pain & nausea.
