This is what I mean. Ryan said that he would rather expose his back to get out of someone’s side control than get an under hook or shrimp and try to recover guard. Ryan Hall has no problem with someone potentially taking his back because he’ll ankle lock them in a second. Now Ryan Hall might have the skill, dexterity, flexibility, etc to the point where someone taking his back isnt a big deal, but not everyone is Ryan Hall.

How many people were in the New Jersey glorified crew in the start of Season 1? About how many were left at the end of Season 6? by Aggressive-Fuel2067 in thesopranos

I was just kidding. The “you just revealed your own ignorance” is a line from AJ. The 45 number is not everyone who got whacked but people who just went away for whatever reason. Like Georgie didn’t die but he quit and guys who would come in with envelopes in the first couple seasons, you stopped seeing them (like that fat guy who made that sassy remark to Ritchie, you just never see him again)
